1
Will Preparation - General
From simple Wills to Wills incorporating Testamentary Trusts, we specialise in creating Wills that meet the needs of our clients.
2
Simple Wills
A simple Will is a basic document that facilitates the gifting of your assets to your loved ones on your passing. It is important that even a very simple Will is structured correctly to avoid disputes, unexpected tax consequences, and issues during the probate process.
3
Testamentary Trust Wills
A Will incorporating a Testamentary Trust can provide your beneficiaries with options to protect their inherited assets and minimise tax on inherited investments in the future. You can also include a trust in your Will if you are concerned that a beneficiary will be unable to manage their inheritance without assistance.
4
Advice
We offer advice on all aspects of estate planning, including about how to structure your Will, and about the possibility of your Will being contested.
5
Enduring Powers of Attorney
We also advise on and create Enduring Powers of Attorney. Making an Enduring Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney or Appointment of Enduring Guardian (depending on your State or Territory) allows you to appoint someone to make decisions for you if you lose mental capacity.
6
Superannuation death benefit nominations
Superannuation is often neglected in estate planning. We can help you to create a valid binding nomination, so that your superannuation forms part of your estate or is directed to a valid beneficiary.
